Meet the Staff
John Davidson, M.D.
As a board-certified ophthalmologist, Dr. Davidson has performed more than 18,000 procedures. He is the second-highest Restor implanting surgeon in all of California and has more experience with Restor than any other surgeon in the greater Los Angeles area. Dr. Davidson earned his M.D. with Highest Distinction in the top 1 percent of his class at Indiana University. After completing his ophthalmology residency, he won the Clinical Fellow Research Award at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Katie Lowry, OD
Dr. Lowry graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Science from Oregon State University and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. She also completed her residency in Cornea and Contact Lenses at the University of Houston College of Optometry in Houston, Texas.
John Fang, M.D.
Dr. Fang is a specialist in the treatment of the cornea and anterior segment and is a refractive surgeon. While in college studying biomedical and chemical engineering, he envisioned a career as a research scientist. After getting his bachelor’s degree, however, he realized he wanted a more personal way of interacting with people, and he chose to attend medical school.
