More About Edgar (Ed) Levine, M.D.
Dr. Levine graduated from Kansas State University; completed his medical degree at University of Kansas School of Medicine; interned in internal medicine and completed his residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego; became a Captain in the Navy and was awarded a vast array of medals and commendations; prior to joining Beach Eye Crae, he was the Department Head of Ophthalmology and the Founding Director of Refractive Surgery at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Dr. Levine has also spent more than twenty-five years specializing in anterior segment LASIK.
