Leah Shaler
Senior Vice President of ASC Operations
Leah is responsible for leading NVISION’s Ambulatory Surgery Centers operations across multi-state territories.
Leah brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field to NVISION. Prior to joining NVISION Leah held the role of Vice President, West Operations for Surgical Care Affiliates. She has also worked as a Licensed Administrator in the Nursing Home Industry. Leah’s knowledge in patient care, business development, and executive leadership will be an asset to NVISION in our strategic growth.
Leah served the Arizona Ambulatory Surgery Association in various positions since 2015 and currently serves as the Board Secretary.
Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Western International University and an MBA with a health care concentration from Ottawa University.
