Which Insurance Plans Are Accepted?

If you need vision insurance coverage, they can help enroll you in a plan that is right for you.
You will need the following information for each person being enrolled:
- Two current pay stubs, the previous year’s federal income tax return, or some other proof of income (not applicable to children, just to parents or guardians)
- Proof of residence
- Proof of identity, such as a birth certificate, naturalization certificate, passport, or work permit
- Photo ID
- Social Security card
- Proof of pregnancy (if applicable)
AltaMed accepts a wide range of insurance plans. You can see their full listings on the AltaMed Health Plans Accepted page.
What Does AltaMed Offer?
AltaMed clinics offer medical, dental, and vision services to those who need them. They have a focus on services for seniors, ensuring elderly enrollees receive quality care.
AltaMed’s main goal is maintaining good health, so preventative care is a key feature.
Eligibility for AltaMed’s Services
If you’d like to access AltaMed’s services and already have a plan with one of the listed insurance companies, you can simply contact AltaMed to begin services.
