Founded in 1999, NVISION Fullerton is led by Franklin Lusby, M.D., who is the medical director for NVISION Fullerton. He is a specialist in laser vision correction, and has performed more than 45,000 LASIK procedures. Dr. Jimmy Lee is also one of the LASIK and Cataract surgeons at NVISION Fullerton, As the former Director of the Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery Service at the Yale Eye Center, Dr. Lee was responsible for training generations of resident ophthalmologists, many of whom are now leaders in major academic centers.
NVISION Fullerton is located at the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO). The NVISION surgeons help support the education of the SCCO students, preparing them for their careers in optometry.

Dr. Lusby began specializing in ophthalmology in 1980. In 1989, Dr. Lusby chose to focus his practice on refractive surgeries and is a LASIK specialist, performing more than 150 procedures a month. He continues to perform PRK surgeries as well as LASIK, Custom LASIK, Intralase®, and more.
