Call Center Customer Service Representative

NVISION is a premier eye surgery services company and one of the world’s largest providers of LASIK and laser vision correction procedures. At NVISION, everyone is working toward the common goal of enabling people to see better than they ever have, without contacts or glasses. We have the following opportunity at our Newport Beach, CA Call Center.

You will be responsible for directly engaging NVISION customers with pleasant, professional, timely communication through a variety of channels to ensure the consistent provision of world-class customer service and the promotion of NVISION services. Duties include: answering inbound telephone calls from current and prospective patients, placing outbound telephone calls, and researching and resolving issues to ensure patient retention and satisfaction.

All qualified candidates must have a minimum of post secondary education or relevant work experience. Work experience of 2 to 4 years in a sales, customer service or call center environment. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal presentation. Skills that demonstrate a positive approach to customer service and experience in handling conflict in a professional manner. The successful candidate should possess the ability to adapt easily in a dynamic work environment, which requires the ability to find solutions quickly for the purpose of making or retaining a sale. Must be able to accept counsel and provide feedback. Candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet. The ability to work a variety of shifts in order to meet business needs is a definite asset.

HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT – Full Time Office Manager

NVISION Eye Center of Orange County, Laguna Hills, is a full service general ophthalmology practice, seeking a full time facility manager.

Responsibilities will include both managing day to day inside business and clinical affairs, as well as developing new business relationships with local eye care professionals and patient provider groups
Candidates will have a college degree, 5+ years managing medical practice employees, and experience in the ophthalmology field

Patient Counselor – Camarillo

NVISION is a premier eye surgery services company and one of the world’s largest providers of LASIK and laser vision correction procedures. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in our Camarillo center as a Patient Counselor. The ideal candidate has a charismatic personality, and demonstrated skills in connecting one-on-one with prospective customers (ie patients) and closing sales opportunities. A successful candidate not only excels in interpersonal communications, but also in pro-active follow-up to “secure the sale”. An upbeat, optimistic, and team-oriented personality is a must; an undergraduate degree, and previous experience in the elective medical procedure industry is a large plus.
